What Is Your Footprint?

You would think that the author of Gaia Girls would be as “green” as green could be. Unfortunately, if everyone in the world lived the way I do, it would take 5.7 planet Earths to support us all!! Sigh. Get your parents and take a short quiz to find out your ecological footprint

Well, I came in at 4.1 planet Earths, but that’s still a lot of Earths, unfortunately.

Hello. Finally visited your site, even though I finished Enter the Earth a couple of months ago. I purchased it on deep discount – something like $2 at a book store in Juneau, Alaska. I now feel bad that I only spent that much and that it means you possibly didn’t earn as much from its sale as you could have, but feel great that I made your series’ acquaintance – I’ll certainly be purchasing the rest in the series as they’re released.

I wish you all the best of luck with your continued endeavors, and would like to thank you for what you’re doing for the planet.

Ahhh-resold and used books. Something I love to buy, but as an author cringe at! I promise you I didn’t make a penny on that sale. You can make it up to me two ways: When Gaia Girls Way of Water comes out in June, pick up an extra copy for a kid in your life! And, please let your local public and school libraries know about the book/series. In my small town there are 5 copies and they are rarely on the shelf!

I am reading Gaia Girls Enter the Earth and it is great. I also picked up Way of Water. I just finished chapter 18. I am telling all my friends about this book so they can enjoy it too. Thanks Lee Wells for writing this great book! I just checked out this website today. I totally had to log on.
