First Drafts
Hear Lee talk about first drafts and how that’s they are the easy part or writing. It’s the later drafts, when the story gets better and better that are the hard work. This is a great way to reinforce that the story is NOT done on the first try. Teacher’s can then talk about Lee’s presentation everytime a student doesn’t want to do the work for their current writing project. Making your best draft for publication is never easy.
