Last November, an observant young reader tipped me off to a great Rolling Stone article about factory hog farming. I did a blog post about it.

This week, the New York Timespresents a great article on the link between meat consumptio and climate change.

What do ya say, Gaia Gang? Do you think that we could all eat a little less meat?

    I think so! I don’t eat meat much anymore. I know that factory farming and all that other stuff pollutes the environment. I don’t like it,
