Through the Woods

I’ve been driving around Maine and I the song, “Over the River and Through the Woods,” keeps runnign through my head.  The woods are incredible.  They are burly. They crowd right up to the road whenever possible.

I also went to the ocean and there was ice on the beach! A first for me.  It was sooooo cooooold!  I’m heading back to NY tomorrow; but, I’ve really enjoyed my time here

Hay I’ve been to Maine too! It was the most beautiful spot… we rented out a cabin that was RIGHT near the ocean, like we were balanced on the rocks :) . It was soooo beautiful, we went to a place called thunder rocks and the sound of waves were like a cymbal trio.

Also tomorrow we are putting on the play A Christmas Carol and I’m going to be Fezziwig!

    Wish me luck!!

Good luck in your play!! Your so lucky. At my school, my teacher makes us all sing a song per class. Ours was torture…but of course everyone else’s was good!

has anyone gotten any of that snow that is happening? It JUST passed me in maryland and we got the tip of the rain.

Good luck, Tessa! Fezziwig would be a good name for a pet. It would also be a good password!

well Elenora scrooge was a girl and this was my second time seeing it once this year and once last year. Last year it Eleanor Scrooge was a boy .They were put on by different acting groups so the coreagraphy was different.

i’ve been to Maine… It was awesomeriffic, I love all the sea food and the beaches, me and my cousins found a dead stingray on the beach! Good luck, tessa, My school just did our Christmas program… it was so cheerful!

Thanks for all the luck! It helped :) !

Yeah the play turned out awesome! I can just imagine a fluffy little dog named Fezziwig running around my house. We never found a dead stingray at Maine, EarthTeaherb, but we did find plenty of mussels for stew (yum!) and some pretty starfish in tide pools.

My favorite part was probably… well, my scene, because I was on stage… and also… the end scene with the Spirit of Christmas Yet to Come, because Scrooge got mad at the Spirit (in the play of course) and shook her, but her hood didn’t fall off to reveal her makeup skull face, so he had to pull it off from behind… so funny!

    Yay soft cuddly starfish!
We had SO MUCH SNOW IT WAS CRAZY
My sister and I spent all day shoveling snow, and then the guy with the snowplow decides to finish our driveway so it looks like he did it and we almost didn’t get credit :( . But it’s the thought that counts I guess…

Next play is Oliver Twist! I want to be the bad guy Fagin.

Ok I’ll stop boring you now :)
