Did You Watch?
Did you watch it? Were you there? What do you think? What did you feel?
I thought I heard Gaia sigh with relief! I believe our new President will respect science and the need to protect the health of our air, soil and water. Anytime he does a good thing…I’ll let you know! (Same with the bad!)

Yes yes I watched it it was so inspiring! Everyone on the news is already sending criticisms at him from his inauguration speech and im like, “Shut up, he’s going to do the best he can!”
It’s kind of weird how they’re expecting him to be the next Jesus (sorry if I’m not allowed to talk about religion please don’t delete me
Now I can tell my grandchildren, “When I was your age, I saw the inauguration of Barack Obama through the tv. We didn’t have those fancy hologram thingies, we had to stare at a screen and watch it move!”
I’m glad to see a glimpse of history.

Hologram! Hehehe. Regarding religion…I like to think all topics of discussion are on the table as long as we are all friendly, polite and respectful to each other!
It was great to witness a historic moment!

My school from 3rd grade all the way up to 8th grade filed into our audotorim to watch it on the projector. I loved it. My friend and I sat together and we ha tears in our eyes when Aretha sang. When Obama was sworn in, the whole place erupted with clappter and whistles of approval. I am glad that my friends and I could experience history being made.
OBAMA!!

my entire class was in their deks, watching it on the projector, during commercials, I went up to get a drink of water, the entire school was completely silent! The speech was insanely awesome, I also liked the poem, It was very well written. All the time I was thinking, I am watching the first Afrrican-American president get inaugruated, in a country that once had slavery. I could almost see martin Luther King Jr. smiling down on us, if he were still alive, he and Obama would be best friends!

I am happy that Obama wants to help the enviroment, but I do not have the same political beliefs as him. I would have voted for Mcain. I hope Obama does as much as he can to save our enviroment.

I say, write him a letter and tell him how you feel about the environment! I’ve always thought it was a topic we could all get together on! C’mon…who doesn’t want healthy soil and clean air and water! Check out your goverment’s agenda at http://www.whitehouse.gov
