Ithaca Loves Teachers is an excellent annual week of events in Ithaca, NY. Discounted (or free!) lodging, dining, activities & events are available to public school teachers, school district employees, teachers union retirees and their guests. Each family or traveling group must have at least one qualified educator to qualify for Winter Recess discounts.

My mom went to college in Ithaca! I am soooo serious! She said it was soooo cold there she went crazy. She was planning on living there, but there was such a difference between North carolina and Ithaca she NEVER got used to it. I am serious!
