Favorite Places
Leeloo and I again, walked along the river in the morning. WOW! The river has changed so much in just a few days. I took my camera and have some decent pictures and a cute video of Leeloo being very wolfish. (I’ll try to post them up; but no promises…my week is so busy!)
It makes me wonder where your favorite places are. How are it changing? Who lives there? What does it sound like? Give me a report! I’m looking for a few good, regular writers.
I’m redesigning the blog, you see. AND in the upcoming months will have some other fun, online things to do. BUT I want YOU to participate!
This blogs needs more contributors and you could be one. Talk to me. What do you want to read and write about on the Gaia Girls Blog?

at my house, I can finally wake up tp birds chirrping again!! Even with the windows closed! daffodiles and tulips and crocus’ are coming up. It won’t be long until the Black raspberries come in June!
I can tell that the trees will be budding soon because my nose is itching like crazy! The deer are coming back too. It’s almost time for the rabbits to come back again! I love spring!!

OMG last night I heard my first frog of spring! Whenever we hear the little symphony of frogs we call it Frogland, like an amusement park. I guess that one frog was the janitor, opening up all the rides

My favorite place is in my backyard, behind my barn. I’m planning on building a cob house there (mud and straw) for me to hang out in in the summer. A little groundhog lives there. One day I was sitting in my big ash tree (I have to ask him what his name is, because I don’t know yet) it was early in the morning, and I was reading Enter the Earth (tee hee!) for about an hour or so, and because I was so quiet, the little groundhog came out of his hole and lumbered around for a while. It was magical, I don’t normally see wild animals that close up! But I plan to change that this year!

My special place sounds mostly like our barn animals who live in the back. The geese walk around and softly honk every few minutes (But only when their not disturbed- they can make a loud ruckus if they want to, believe me!
About the website- I’d like to hear about cool things you found in nature, like I am dedicating myself to catching spiders (letting them go later) and looking them up online. Once I’ve identified them, I’m less inclined to be scared of them, because I know they’re not poisonous or bite spontaneously. So far I’ve found an Shamrock Orb Weaver and a little red Wolf Spider. So things about nature would be nice.
I’d also like to hear about your books. I love to follow the writing process and give suggestions.
Just asking… Do letters sent to you go on the bottom of a large pile of letters? Cause… yeah. I sent one a while ago.
Wow, this was long.

ALERT!! ALERT!! THERE IS A FLOWER SNIPPER ABOUT!!!!!
Sorry. It’s just that there were some crocuses in our front yard… but when I went out one morning, the flower part was gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it looked like they were snipped!!!!!:o it’s probably just a rabbit, but I’m still mad. Humph.
Anyway, I’ve been keeping extra careful watch on the snowdrops and all the other flowers. There’s not much else I can do.
