LET’S GET PLANTING!
It is 62 degrees on my front porch! The spring equinox is just around the corner and March 12th is “Plant a Flower Day!” it’s time to get some plants ‘a growing.
Don’t wait until May and buy seedlings in plastic containers. Start your own from seed in these awesome “newspaper pots.” A big hat tip to the National Wildlife Federation for their great info on “Plant a Flower Day March 12.” If you plant something…tell us about it!

Sounds interesting. I will absolutely try this. It kind of depends on the weather. Sometimes out here it is warm and sunny and some days it is just plain wet and cold!

As soon as I saw the preview I went onto my netflix account, and I reserved The Cove. Hopefully it will come soon so I can see it.

Just so long as the dolphins are not threatened in population sense, it’s all right to eat a FEW of them, but the situation in Taiji is horrible. I would never eat dolphin meat, though.

It was way to cold for me to plant anything then! It’s march 25th and it’s still not warm enough to plant the seeds I started. There could still be a late frost in the night. That would kill all my plants. I always wait until May 10th to transplant my seedlings…I can’t wait!!!
