Otter & Kitten

This is like a double dose of cuteness! I hope they are able to raise the otter with the right skills to make it in the wild.

Oh my goodness that is soooooo cute!I love otters and cats!
I just took my dog to the vet yesterday because he is always thirsty and hungry and he’s overweight, even though we give him the right amount of food and exercise him for 30+ minutes a day! So the vets think that it could be a low thiroid problem, or he could have type 1 diabetes. They took a lot of blood. He was soooo nervous! He was shaking and crying and kept on backing himself into corners. The vets put a muzzle on just to be safe. They said that they will have the results of the bloodwork in by tuesday or wednsday. :(

I had to take my dog to the vet on Friday too! She couldn’t/wouldn’t stand up very long and would lay down and shake with pain. Turns out she has sponylosis, boney growths on her spine…poor old girl. She has some good pain meds now and is doing much better.
I hope your dog is doing well. The vet was smart to muzzle him. Dogs will snap when they are scared or hurtin’.

Cats do that too. Except they have claws which are useful as weapons against the vet. My cat used to hate the vets, but she’s much calmer now.
